Set in the 11-rom Hub Porteno boutique hotel that mixes VIP services and luxury aesthetic, their 40-room dining room is a destination for visitors and Recoleta residents alike. The main dining room is located within a glass-covered space with 100-year old trees erupting from the roof amongst a muted palette of faux-fur walls tapestries and chubby wooden club chairs. In an adjacent room is a small wine bar with after dinner cognac crowd as well as a livelier outdoor terrace popular in warmer weather. 

The Food

An experimental menu of genius honed at the former-El Bulli under Ferran Adrià , chef Dante Liporace elaborates a gastronomic experience that’s easily one of the best in Buenos Aries. Appetizers of roasted bone marrow with homemade breads is followed by cordial glasses with spoonful of deconstructed pizza composed of parma, tomato of cheesy foam. Further dishes reveal various incarnations of fresh fish, concoction of grilled steak or lamb from Patagonian purveyors and experimental dishes from goat to game.
